Description
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.0.10) Gecko/2009042315 Firefox/3.0.10
- Can't edit the setting of any widget, toggle arrow doesn't toggle
- Can't move any widget out of "Inactive"
- Widgets won't stay active, continue to auto-deactivate
In Safari Version 3.2.3 (5525.28.3)
Same OS as above
- All Javascript fails in the admin

That's probably the answer, some files haven't been updated/installed properly.
Almost all of these problems are solved by deleting wp-admin and wp-includes, downloading and extracting new install package (important), and uploading these directories again.
