10239	Cannot cancel upon Tag/Category delete confirmation	yoshi	azaozz	"At wp-admin/edit-tags.php, there are some situations where confirmation for tag deletion doesn't work as expected.

1. After Quick edit and update a tag, clicking on Delete action immidiately deletes the tag without confirmation.

2. Add a new tag and click on Delete under the newly created tag, confirmation dialog will popup but pressing cancel won't stop the process.
