Improved generic menu item icon

Description

The "cog" icon that is currently available is left over from the temporary set that was inserted before the current icon set was chosen.

This iron looked out of place, so I modified it for bbPress and I'm passing this back up the pipe to WordPress.

Pretty sure Sam created it based on the temporary set :) (Which would've come from Matt Thomas i think?)

It's an embelishment of the original image, all it does is change the hues, add a different outline and put in a drop shadow.

I could have sworn both Ben and Verena did a generic icon for this use, wondering if they just didn't make it into the sprites. Will check with Andrew.

I think I did one way back, but I can't find it now. Anyways, Sam's looks great, or we could use either of the attached. I don't like the circle around the gear so I did one without it.
