Description
My users often add comments without logging in.
If the email address of a comment author who is not logged in is the same as the email of a registered user, WP should either show a notice asking the commenter to log in, or it should flag the comment in the admin panel and allow admins to change it so that it is by the user in question rather than a 'visitor'.
