when i´m on admin-screen > posts > categories and edit an existing category. the drop-down offers, when selecting a parent-category, the category itself as it´s own parent.

if you try to take itself as it´s own parent-category, nothing happens and it falls back to ""no-parent"". so i decided the priority is ""low"". but maybe someone stumbles upon it and makes wp a little bit smarter :)"	enhancement	closed	low	2.9	Administration	2.9	normal	fixed	has-patch commit
