Description
The wptexturize function sets some "Cockney" exceptions for the proper use of typographic quotations. However, "'cause" isn't one of them, and as a result an opening quotation is displayed instead of an apostrophe. My patch adds 'cause to the list of Cockney phrases which wptexturize sets aside as an exception.
