The current ""Add media file from URL"" starts with an ""Embed a picture from a web site that supports oEmbed. (Aside, no reason to intro the term ""picture"" to the UI)

This disrupts the current work flow and creates a cognitive burden on the user -- ""what's an oEmbed"".

It should be removed from everywhere in the UI.

For 2.9 (already in beta), we should not include no UI for oEmbed, because I suspect it's too late to do it well -- will take some trial and error. Will open additional ticket(s) with recommendations.
