Need hooks for add_link and modify_link

Description

For a plugin I was thinking of doing, I would need hooks for adding a link, and modifying a link. Preferably this would be called after the link is in the database and would pass the ID of the link.

More links == more plugin possibilties == less stuff that has to be put into core.
