Looking at the changes here I think it is probably a step toward an improvement of this bit of the UI but I am not sure the new one looks nice enough.

I would like to get some more input from the community before committing a change like this.

The second week of January I'll be doing a UI review with Matt Thomas, who did the visual style for 2.7, and we'll be making an inventory of all the UI elements that need a little facelift because we overlooked them before. Let's wait until after that for UI changes, so they can all be done consistently/in the same style.

(In [12541]) Some style tweaks to theme editor, fixes #11563. Hat tip: Simek.

I adjusted the padding to be a little heavier and then have a negative margin, so the text stays aligned and the highlight floats around it. As an added tweak I removed the extraneous "Theme Files" heading which didn't really convey any useful information.
