Dashboard suggestion: Move "Your Drafts" to top of page

Description

As it is now in Wordpress 1.5, the Dashboard displays the list of drafts at the bottom of the page, below the list of items from WP related blogs. It's way down out of sight, and is typically something I'd like to see at first glance of the page.

I suggest moving it either to the right-hand menu in bullet list form, or placing it between the Dashboard and the top menu.

In 2.1 drafts aren't shown on the dashboard afaik. So is this ticket still valid?
