localhost is not 99% of the cases

Description
The mention in the install process and in the codex "There is a 99% chance you will NOT have to change it. If you are unsure, try installing with the default value of 'localhost' and see if it works. If the install fails, contact your web hosting provider." is wrong as more and more hosts use different configurations. For non expert people, it is misleading, when it was supposed to help. I suggest replacing by "In many cases you will NOT have to change it, but refer to the information given by your provider. If you are unsure, try installing with the default value of 'localhost' and see if it works. If the install fails, contact your web hosting provider."
