Example:
On http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/front-end-editor/
where it says "Authors: scribu"
'scribu' should link to http://profiles.wordpress.org/scribu

Normally I'd agree, as that page has some interesting features. However currently the 'WordPress Activity' on there is still broken.
On my page, http://profiles.wordpress.org/users/elfin, for example there is a huge chunk missing between May 1st and August 26th.
So before the profiles section can be used I think it needs fixing first.
