12610	Future Posts Not Aware of Daylight Savings Time	ericmann	westi	"If you write a post before Daylight Savings and schedule it to be published after the time change, it will not publish at the appropriate time.  Any posts written before March 14th and scheduled to publish afterwards will publish 1 hour later than scheduled, but will display in the dashboard as publishing on time.
