Description

Cannot add a new category whilst editing a post, instead you get the following error message, "An unidentified error has occurred.", in the ajax response box.

This occurs when using the latest version from the SVN, it all works fine in the latest nightly build (as of writing).

(In [13946]) Move wp-ajax_add-tax hook back to registration. Reverts part of [13924]. see #10437 fixes #12817
