Description
Maybe i'm completely wrong, because i found no other ticket about this. When a post/page is published, there's no way redoing this.
Szenario: Editor get's draft from Author and publishes the post. Due to newer facts he want's the content re-worked or changed and therefore set it to "draft" again, until the author changed the content. Then publish it again.

To change a post from published back to a draft, you need to click the 'Edit' link next to the post status. This will then show you a dropdown where you can change the psot back to a draft.
Personally, I've never seen the need to unecessarily hide the post status dropdown behind this, but I digress.
