13295	Truncated Menu Names are not set in PHP4	blepoxp		"I was doing some PHP 4 testing and found that truncated menu names are not being retained in PHP4.

To Reproduce: 1) View menu screen in PHP4. 2) Note 'undefined property warning' in error message.
