If you open Add New page for any type of post, default or custom, WordPress creates Auto Draft in the database. Which I guess is expected behavior. But if I leave this page without publishing this post, it still keeps Auto Draft in database. Then if I come to Add New page again it won't use that existing Auto Draft, but create new.

My problem was that I was customizing Add New page for my custom post and thus - refreshing it constantly, so in the end I got over 50 useless Auto Draft posts in my wp_posts table. I think it's kinda potential leak. ",defect (bug),closed,normal,,Autosave,3.0,normal,invalid,,
