Update the favorites menu items to match updated page labels. See #11274.

Edit Links -> Links
Edit Media -> Media Library
Edit Users -> Users
*Upload -> New Media

This might not be necessary when we get to 3.1. If we bring the tab element to deal with edit/add like we did in themes, then we'd want to keep the verb in the favorites menu items to indicate which tab view the link goes to.

We're definitely not bringing across tabs here for 3.1 - so I'd say this is safe to go in.
