Show/hide kitchen sink doesn't keep status bar docked in full screen mode

Description

View a post in full screen mode. Toggle the kitchen sink. The status bar at the bottom will either be moved up (if the full screen was opened with the kitchen sink shown), or down and out of view (if the kitchen sink was hidden when the full screen was opened).

I'm pretty sure the kitchen sink is a plugin by us, thus this isn't an upstream issue.

Is this a non-issue now that the old fullscreen has been replaced with DFW?

Only if someone deregistered dfw and let it fall back to full screen.
