Description

Confirmed in 3.1-alpha.

When using Press This, if attempting to add a new category, a warning message is displayed that the user does not have permission to do so, no matter the logged-in user's role.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Use the Press This bookmarklet.
  2. Attempt to add a new category for your post.
