If you look at the latest post under "See what others are saying..." here:
​http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/

You'll notice the latest post is "bold question"

However you if actually view the forum section here:
​http://wordpress.org/tags/custom-post-type-ui?forum_id=10

There are four posts newer than "bold question" It seems the plugin detail page is not pulling in the most recent posts for the plugin.
