14457,2 method timezones in 1 list,qdinar,,"if user want to set his blog timezone, he sees at fist zones like +2, +3, and he does not expect that there are city names in this list. it is quite unexpected. though now there is notification under the control: Choose a city in the same timezone as you . may be i have not noticed it after it has appeared after wordpress update, first time i somehow has not noticed it, may be that notification was not here because it was older version of wordpress, and i did not know till now that i can choose city. for that i had to manually change timezone +-1 hour every year at spring and in autumn, if i do not forget. even if there is notification, it is quite unexpected, that in drop-down list that begin with values like 0, +1, +2 when you open it, maybe continents and cities in top side of the list, when you scroll it far. i just thought that wordpress uses that way with just +1 -2 numbers to call timezones, and then thought that it cannot automatically change time for DST. and have come to irc channel to ask about it and to say that phpbb3 changes time automatically, and fortunately i have got correct answer about this possibility, also some people in the chat thought as me, and who answered correctly also said that he found it by chance.",defect (bug),closed,normal,,General,,normal,wontfix,,
