wp-admin/edit.php tags of post are hard to compare

Description

To get an overview about tags used between articles on the post listing in the admin is hard to achieve by the user because they appear not to be ordered.

A solution could be to sort them alphabetically. That done, it's easier for the user to compare the usage of tag distribution accross the listing.
