A pretty simple bug, probably with a pretty simple fix too!

* Disable these notifications: ​http://www.example.com/wp-admin/network/ms-options.php

So basically in that E-Mail the bit for disabling the notifications should really link to http://www.example.com/wp-admin/network/settings.php instead!
