14980	New admin bar appears in iframe	joelhardi		"The upgrader uses iframes to sandbox plugin updates. Normally, no output appears in these iframes.

Now, the new admin bar now appears. See screenshot. Doesn't effect functionality but is probably undesirable.

To reproduce:

 1. Go to {{{wp-admin/plugins.php}}} and click on ""upgrade automatically"" to upgrade a single plugin that has an updated version.
