Steps to reproduce: [[BR]]

- Write a new post [[BR]]
- Upload an image [[BR]]
- Close the media uploader [[BR]]
- Re-open media uploader [[BR]]
- Browser to Gallery tab [[BR]]
- Delete image [[BR]]

Interestingly, the bug does not appear if you leave the media uploader open and delete the image immediately. [[BR]]
