15532	Inserting links doesn't work when editing in full screen	RanYanivHartstein	koopersmith	"When using the Visual Editor in full screen mode, the Insert Links pop up is not available - it gets hidden behind the editor so it looks like nothing happens when you click it, but it shows up when you exit full screen.

To reproduce this, edit any post in the Visual Editor in full screen mode, select some text and click on the Insert Link button in the tool bar. Nothing will apear to happen. Then, exit full screen mode, and you'll see the Insert Link pop up.
