Description
I would like to edit the order they stand in. It would be easy for me to hide the buttons I use not a lot myself and put the buttons I use a lot on the first row.
That way I can work faster!

There's TinyMCE Advanced for that.

This is not a suitable idea for core - 80% of users would have no use for this and it just adds unnecessary complexity to the implementation.
This sounds like something for a plugin to implement
