    1 It's currently /news/ on WP.org and "WordPress News" something I've fought over because WordPress certainly ought to have an official WordPress Blog. What's distinctive isn't the official announcements, it's that its our main blog. I don't think it's confusing, and the original switch to /news/ was not prompted by confusion with another option of /blog/.

    33I changed it to "WordPress Blog" instead of "WordPress News," because that's what it is throughout core (for now).
