Change "Backend" to "Dashboard" in ms-sites.php

Description

In ms-sites.php (Super Admin > Sites), when I hover over a blog in the list, I see a link named Backend that takes me to that blog's Dashboard.

Shouldn't this link instead be named Dashboard?

In WordPress 3.1 it will be Dashboard.
