Issues can arise when needing to change your email - there is not enough information in the dashboard to let users know what each one does and which one they should change.

This option is probably unnecessary in a multisite install, and too confusing to be worth any good it may do in a single site install. I suggest we remove this setting and leave it for plugins to handle.
