Some UI discrepancies with new TinyMCE version

Description

The internal linking box has a new blue close button: ​http://d.pr/VJx3

In WordPress 3.1 it was a grey button: ​http://d.pr/SCog

I think the blue doesn't match to the style, so my idea is, to use the same close button which is used for the media upload iframe: ​http://d.pr/VJx3 Opinions?

The title bar from the help screen has a blue background, it shoud be dark grey: ​http://d.pr/rteR
