Description
Change Codex terminology from SubPanel/Panel to Screen.
The Codex articles have just been moved to the new names (e.g. Administration Panels is now Administration Screens). Other references to SubPanel/Panel will be changed in Codex in the coming days.

Sounds okay.
So besides those two I'll move the Codxs articles, Pages Pages Screen to http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages_Screen and Tools Tools Screen to http://codex.wordpress.org/Tools_Screen
I'll move those and update the patch tomorrow.
Change string SubPanel/Panel to Screen and change screens such as Posts_Posts_SubPanel to Posts_Screen
New patch replaces SubPanel with Screen and directs to articles such as Posts_Screen, Pages_Screen, Links_Screen, Users_Screen, and Tools_Screen.
