I've activated the debug mode to test my theme modifications and i've got this single notice:

Notice: register_uninstall_hook was called incorrectly. Only a static class method or function can be used in an uninstall hook. (This message was added in version 3.1.) in /home/mhd-01/www.pcwi.it/htdocs/wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3422

clean install, same with standard theme.
