17406	Include link to view plugin details on 'Updates' page	SecGen	nacin	"When there are updates available, I check out the 'Updates' page to see what's new. Before installing updated plugins I almost always check their changelog to see what impact it may have, however it's not possible to do this on the Updates page! Users have to go to the Plugins page, and scroll down the list (or click Update Available), and then they can click on the 'View version X.x details' for each available plugin update.

To facilitate this process it would make a lot of sense to also include the 'View version X.x details' link (see below) next to each available plugin update on the 'Updates' page. It's fairly trivial really (maybe in 3.2? ;), and would make Admins' lives easier.
