Acknowledge third-party libraries too in Credits screen

Description

In the past we have discussed a couple of times about crediting third-party libraries used in WordPress but we never got around to implementing something.

I was thinking that the new Credits screen could be a good fit for that. Say, we could add a bulleted list at the bottom of the page.

Thoughts?
