No Way to Unschedule and Publish

The UI for immediately publishing a post that has been schedule for publication at a later date is incredibly awkward.

Try: Changing the post status from "Scheduled" to "Draft".

Result: Now there's a draft with a future date and a Schedule button instead of a Publish button.

AFAICT, the only way to immediately publish the post is to set the time to now - 1 and then click the Schedule button. Ugh.

Tested and confirmed on version 3.1.3.
