The attached patch fixed horizontal scrolling on almost all admin page/RTL because of a missing semicolon, and bring the fullscreen writing mode tagline rtl css up to date (to match changes in r17947).
(update) It also fixes an issue with misaligned RTL slugs in the slug editing box.
