Description
Just for info (and to indicate where to inform plugins repository webmasters).
When updating a plugin with a new version as current... all is ok, readme display, versioning but only the last update date remain to the past and not the day of updating latest release.
In three recents updating:
exemple: xili-tidy-tags updated last sunday remains updated in march ???

Just to complete... a previous ticket was open in past... but I don't find a way to workaround the pb and have a good display...
When updating, I upload the new tag and, after one day, I upload the new readme in trunk (new content, new size)... all become ok one hour after, all is ok BUT not the updated date
What is the mechanism to detect the date ?
