  1. Add any files deleted to $_old_files.
  1. Find out which files we still need to delete as a result of the UI sweep, and which we can safely remove (in terms of compatibility), and do so. (Clear with koopersmith.) (Punted to 3.2.1/3.3.)
  1. Bump version-check API string from 1.6-beta to 1.6. (Clear with nacin.)
  1. Bump credits API transient timeout from one day to a week. (Clear with nacin.)
  1. Bump Twenty Eleven to 1.1 and put it in the directory. (See #17816.)
  1. Poke around on < PHP 5.2. (See #17934.)
