Unlink button is active even when there's no link

Description

When I am writing and want to put in a link it is working just fine. But why is the 'remove link' button active when there is no link at all? I think the 'remove link' button needs only to be active when there is a link selected.

What browser are you using? Also, please describe the series of steps you go through to see the problem.

What could be meant:

Add text to the editor, highlight it. Now you should see, that both buttons can be clicked, remove link and add link: ​http://grab.by/alnW.
