Reading Settings Page Ordering

When selecting a page to use as the front page in the "Front page displays" select list under the Reading Settings, pages are ordered alphabetically - should they be ordered using menu order?

I understand not everyone uses menu order, but there could be a check to see if any pages are using it, then order them by menu order, if not then order alphabetically.

The assumption is that you're only going to use that dropdown once, or very rarely.

Therefore, it doesn't make sense to bloat the code to check for menu_order.
