The easiest way to do that is to rename  [[BR]]
wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/inc/images/content-sidebar.png into [[BR]]
wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/inc/images/content-left.png  [[BR]]
and  [[BR]]
wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/inc/images/sidebar-content.png into  [[BR]]
wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/inc/images/content-right.png  [[BR]]
