17901	Bug with wordpress capabilities for contributors...	trusktr		"I've added the upload_files capability to contributors, but it seems to be broken.

Replicate the bug like this:

* Add the upload_files capability for contibutors using a plugin like ""Capability Manager"" or ""Members"".
* As a contributor, attempt to add a new post. You'll notice the ""Upload/Insert"" icons on the top left just above the post edit box. They work fine right now...
* then, save the post as a draft and return to it later.
* now you'll notice you no longer has the ""Upload/Insert"" icons anymore.

I believe that is a bug!
