    4 I haven't checked helenyhou's patch, but one of the workflow problems is that the 'W', Screen Options and Help would effectively be mashed up against the otherr action menus when left justified. Two of those three options used to be right-justified on every single page in the dashboard. It's odd for them to change sides.
