3-column Dashboard layout makes Recent Comments widget go out of its box

Description

Recent Comments widget on Dashboard goes out of it box when using 3-column layout in 1024×768:

Tickets are marked as fixed when a changeset is commited to trunk which fixes the issue.

And also, i think that this is not only a CSS problem, the system has to hide spam/trash if it's empty.
