Looks great!
- Language name in the header is too close to the menu (see the screenshot). Though perhaps we can remove one page from that menu.
- Sidebar seems a bit wide.
Few more things:
- The new nav-menu in http://he.wordpress.org/ (local site) is not working on http://he.forums.wordpress.org/ (local forum).
- Add new showcase page-template.
- Add new blog/news page-template.
- And how about local codex for each language? (http://he.codex.wordpress.org/)

Seeing a couple of issues with the recent update to Rosetta sites:
- Blockquote is missing left and right padding: 18249.rosetta-blockquote.png.
- Language name in the header seems misaligned by 2px: 18249.rosetta-header.png.
