Pressing enter/return while in a "Custom Links" field should submit custom link

Description

Currently, pressing return/enter while in a "Custom Links" field on the nav menus admin screen attempts to save a Theme Location (at least the "spinner" appears next to its Save button).

Expected behavior: attempt to submit the Custom Link. Patch attached.
