1. Start editing a new post
2. Type some random text
3. Highlight the last word, or the whole line that you just typed, then click the hyperlink button
4. Enter a URL for the hyperlink and click Add Link
5. Hit the Enter key to create a new paragraph

Expected output:
A new paragraph is created

Actual output:
Nothing happens, not until you type some other text, then hit enter. It also works fine if there is already text following the newly created link and you hit enter to move that text down to the next paragraph.
