| 3 | 3 | This is kind of a novel solution. I'm mildly more on board with Otto's suggestion about get_template_part but I still strongly believe you'd be hard-pressed to standardize the process. The frameworks seem to be using get_template_part calls but a lot of the indie shops seem to be completely ignoring them. I'd say our best bet is to come up with the solution that the most theme authors can A) Easily adapt to and B) Easily implement. It's a delicate balance between satisfying all of the communities with a workable solution. |
